The ideal candidate is responsible for overall annual budget planning and continues to improvement of the budget preparation and efficiency improvement. Develop the external and internal forecast of 3 to 5 years the preparation of five-year strategic plan and short-term such as 3-month monthly rolling forecast preparation and reporting. Another focus is on the Group's investment project financial feasibility related to investment projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a CPA/CFA/ACCA. Strong in analysis, budgets and forecasts and investment management experience., preferable familiar with Oracle.

Experience in Big 4 and MNC/manufacturing industry and strong Mandarin+English skills.
